• Window (30 Days): You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.
• Product Condition (New Only): Returned items must be in new only condition—unused, complete with all original accessories and manuals, and in the original manufacturer packaging.

3. Return Method, Free Return Label & Zero Restocking Fees

• Method (By Mail): All returns and exchanges are completed by mail.
• Return Label (Included in the Package, Free): A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package, free of charge ($0.00). Simply attach the enclosed free return label to the securely packed parcel and drop it off with the designated mail carrier. If you need an additional copy of your free return label, email us at novatrader43@gmail.com.
• Restocking Fees (No Cost): We charge no cost ($0.00) for restocking. There are zero restocking or administrative fees on any return or exchange.

4. Refund Processing Time (7 Days)

• Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your full refund is processed within 7 days back to your original payment method in USD ($).
• If you requested an exchange, your replacement product will be dispatched within the same timeframe at no additional shipping cost.
