Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we will do our best to help. You also have a statutory right to cancel after delivery: see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Does Nova Trader store my payment information?
No. Payments are processed securely in USD ($) by the payment provider at checkout, and we do not store your full card details.
How are trading cards protected during shipping?
Every booster box and case is packed using collector-grade protective packaging, including bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated shipping boxes so your factory-sealed items arrive in pristine condition. If you have any questions, email us at novatrader43@gmail.com.

How can I track my order?
We will email you when your order is dispatched, including a tracking reference where the carrier provides one. You can also use our Track your order page with your order number and email address.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your basket, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay using the methods shown. We will email you an order confirmation.
How is my personal information used?
We use it to process your order, deliver it and support you. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 days back to your original payment method in USD ($).
How long does delivery take?
Transit time across all destinations in the United States is 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after dispatch. Combined with our 3-business-day handling time, the total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, delivered to the customer’s address with free standard US shipping ($0.00). How long does order handling take?
Order handling takes 3 business days (Min: 3 days, Max: 3 days), fulfilled Monday through Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
What is the Nova Trader 30-day return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges in the United States for both defective and non-defective products in new only condition within 30 days of delivery. Returns are sent by mail using the free return label included in the package, with no restocking fees ($0.00) and a 7-day refund processing time. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What is your order cancellation policy?
You may request to cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting our support team promptly. Once an order has shipped, you can return unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs if you can. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods are covered by your statutory rights, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Where do you deliver and how much is shipping?
We deliver all products to the customer’s address across all 50 states in the United States (US). Shipping is free ($0.00 USD) on all orders.

Nova Trader is an online retailer supplying authentic, factory-sealed trading card games, sports hobby boxes, and collectibles to customers across the United States.
Who pays for return postage and are there restocking fees?
Return shipping is free: a prepaid return label is included in the package at no cost. There are also no restocking fees ($0.00).
